Our story
After years as a sales leader and consultant in the B2B space, Simcha Kackley kept seeing the same story play out: executives under pressure to drive growth, reps burning out, and companies piecing together tools and tactics that never really worked. Stitching it together only created more gaps.
That's when Simcha had a different idea:

She spent the next several years building and refining that system. Five years in, she helped a company grow 30% year-over-year without adding a single rep. That's when she realized there was something special in her approach.
