Our story
After years as a sales leader and consultant in the B2B space, Simcha Kackley kept seeing the same story play out: executives under pressure to drive growth, reps burning out, and companies piecing together tools and tactics that never really worked. Everyone wanted the same things—better leads, smarter tech, and sales enablement that actually moved deals forward—but no one was offering all of it in one place. Stitching it together only created more gaps.
That's when Simcha had a different idea:
What if people could "swivel" their approach to growth to encompass the entire process? What if there was a full, flexible system built to drive revenue across the entire funnel—one that aligned teams, eliminated guesswork, and gave sales everything they needed to close?
She spent the next several years building and refining that system. Five years in, she helped a company grow 30% year-over-year without adding a single rep. That's when she realized there was something special in her approach.
In 2018, Simcha launched Swivel and the Revenue Operating System™ (RevOS™) to take the pressure off teams and make revenue growth easier. Simcha's system has booked thousands of qualified meetings for B2B companies in tech, manufacturing, and professional services, proving that when you stop duct-taping your growth together, real revenue growth follows.
